Terms of service

These terms cover use of the CS2Crosshairs website.

Using the site

You may browse player profiles, inspect crosshair codes, and use the crosshair settings in your game. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts other visitors.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens on your account. You may use the site without an account, and you can delete your comments or sign out at any time.

User content

Keep comments relevant and respectful. Do not post spam, harassment, or private information about others. You can delete comments you have posted.

Comments you post are public. You keep ownership of the content you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and moderate it on the site. We may remove content that violates the spirit of these terms.

Crosshair codes and game settings

CS2 share codes and the settings they decode are player-created or player-used configurations. You are free to use them in your own game and to share them. The numeric commands and .cfg files generated by the inspector are provided as-is for convenience; verify them in your own game before relying on them in a competitive setting.

Accuracy and availability

Player settings, teams, roles, and equipment can change. Match observations show what was recorded at a particular time. We do not guarantee that a listed setup is a player’s current setup or that the service will always be available.

Intellectual property

The site's own design, code, and original articles are protected by copyright and remain the property of CS2Crosshairs. Player names, team logos, images, trademarks, and other referenced content belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. Referencing a mark does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Third-party content

Player names, team logos, images, trademarks, and linked content belong to their respective owners. Listing a player, team, or product does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Affiliate links

Some gear listings contain affiliate links, including links to Amazon. If you buy through these links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which gear is listed or how it is described.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or connected databases; try to disrupt, overload, or damage the service; scrape or fetch player data at a rate that harms performance; or use automated tools to create accounts, post comments, or otherwise abuse the community features. We may ban accounts that violate these rules and report serious abuse to relevant authorities.

External services

External websites have their own terms and policies. Review those policies when following links from this site.

Limitation of liability

CS2Crosshairs provides its database for informational purposes only. Player settings, teams, roles, and equipment can change, and match observations reflect what was recorded at a particular time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Updates

Features and these terms may change as the site develops. The current version of the terms is published on this page.
